Marketing Executive

Job Description

We are seeking a creative and data-driven Marketing Executive to develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful marketing initiatives across digital and traditional channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social media, email, events)
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
• Manage content creation for websites, blogs, social media, and advertising
• Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, CRM tools, and social insights
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and agencies to produce marketing materials
• Optimize SEO/SEM strategies to improve organic and paid traffic
• Monitor marketing budgets and ensure ROI on ad spend
• Support brand management and ensure consistent messaging

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in marketing (agency or in-house)
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, HubSpot, etc.)
• Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics or similar
• Excellent written/verbal communication and project management skills
• Creative thinker with attention to detail
• Familiarity with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus
